General Settings & Hardware Setup #
From the main menu screen, select the Settings button on the upper right of the screen.

Select the Settings button on the upper right of the screen.
Hardware Setup #
Select Hardware Setup on the left side of the screen.
Printer #
Select the Printer button to configure or select your receipt printer device.
Selecting Printer Device #
Choose one of the following built-in receipt printers:
- ICOD_Thermal_Printer
- PT80KM
- SPRT
You can click the “Test Print” button to perform a sample receipt printing.
Print Theme #
Choose the desired receipt design or theme from the selection box.
Terminal #
Select the Terminal button to configure the credit card terminal settings.
Guardkey #
A 6-digit authentication code will pop up as a security measure for authorized users.
Terminal Device #
Select the terminal connection type, device model, and IP address of the device.
Tip #
Enable the tipping option after transactions by toggling the button.
Customer Signature #
Enable the customer signature feature on a terminal by toggling the Customer Signature option and entering the desired amount.
Dual Pricing #
Enable Dual Pricing by toggling the option and setting the desired percentage. Apply this setting to Credit Card and Debit Card transactions as needed.
Surcharge #
Add a surcharge by toggling the option and setting a percentage or flat fee. Specify the minimum and maximum transaction amounts for the flat fee.
Cash Back #
Enable the cashback feature on your terminal by toggling the Offer Cashback option and selecting Auto or Manual.
Saving #
Click the save button to save changes.
Label Printer #
Select the Label Printer button to configure the label printer settings.
Select Label Printer #
Select the label printer device from the dropdown menu.
Paper Size #
Choose the label printer’s paper size from the dropdown.
Filtering #
Filter the label themes or designs using the dropdown box.
Selecting Label Template #
Scroll and select the desired design from the list.
Test Connection #
Click Test Connection to check if the label printer prints a test label.
Saving #
Click the save button to save changes.
Camera #
Select Camera to connect your NVR/DVR camera to the POS system.
NVR/DVR Details #
Enter the IP address and port of the NVR/DVR camera, then test the connection.
Saving #
Click the save button to save changes.
Moolah #
Select Moolah to connect your Moolah device to the POS system.
Connecting Moolah #
Connect the Moolah device by clicking the Discover button or manually entering the IP address.
Saving #
Click the save button to save changes.

Configure how the barcode scanner reads barcodes from items.
Barcode #
Toggle options to configure barcode settings for UPC-E to UPC-A, UPC-A to UPC-E, and EAN (13 Digits).
Configuration #
Activate or deactivate barcode scanner settings using checkmarks or dropdown selections.
Saving #
Click the save button to save changes.
Regular #
Configure settings for the cash drawer and printing receipt options.
Cash Drawer #
Activate or deactivate cash drawer features using checkboxes.
Printing Receipt Setting #
Use checkboxes to manage printing receipt features.
Saving #

Register #
Access cash register configuration settings.
Cash Register Features #
Enable or disable features using checkmarks and toggle the Auto Lock Screen option.
Other Features #
- Select the Primary Item Field to display SKU, Distributor Code, or UPC/Barcode during sales.
- Configure the Search Filter to show Pack, Size, Price, or Quantity.
- Choose which card payment methods appear as buttons during checkout (e.g., Card, Credit, Debit, EBT).
