Overview #
If a customer decides not to proceed with their purchase, you can void the entire transaction instead of removing each scanned item individually.
Add Items #
To perform a transaction Void, first add items into the transaction log.
Select the Void Button #
Select the Void button, located at the lower part of the screen.
Confirmation #
A pop-up will appear on the screen asking you to confirm the transaction void.
Select YES to Void Items #
Select YES to confirm the transaction Void.
