Overview #
If you accidentally scanned a product or if a customer decides they no longer want an item in their transaction, you can easily remove the item from the transaction.
Note: Whenever an item is removed from a transaction, it will be recorded in the Action Log Report available in the Back Office.
Trash Can Button #
After adding the item to the transaction, click the Trash Can icon located beneath the item quantity in the transaction list to remove it.
Confirmation #
A popup will appear asking, “Are you sure you want to delete this item?”
Select YES to Delete the Item #
Select YES to delete the item from the transaction.
Item Successfully Deleted #
The item has now been deleted from the transaction.
