Access Web Portal #
RetailzPOS offers a Web Based Back Office. This allows you to access the back office of your store from any phone or any computer from anywhere and anytime. You will have unlimited access to the Back Office Portals and unlimited users can be set up for multiple account logins.
Accessing Web Portal:
The Web Portal is where you can monitor your sales, items, transactions etc.
- Open your web browser.
- Enter the following links to the portal:
- portal1.retailzpos.com (PORTAL 1)
- portal2.retailzpos.com (PORTAL 2)
- portal3.retailzpos.com (PORTAL 3)
- ohio.retailzpos.com (PORTAL 4)
- portal5.retailzpos.com (PORTAL 5)
- You will be redirected to their login site afterwards.
Note: Besides monitoring your sales, items and transactions. You may also add items, print reports, add employees and create promotions as well as a lot of features await.
Login to Store:
Once opened, you will be able to see a login screen. There you will enter the credentials provided to you:
- Enter the Email and Password.
- Click Submit.
- Click Login.
- If you have 2 or more stores. Select a store to log-in with.
OPTIONAL: Tick “Remember Me” so that you won’t have to enter the credentials again on the next login.
If you have forgot your password:
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter the email.
- Click Reset Password.
NOTE: You will receive an email about resetting your password.
