Overview #
If a customer does not have enough money at the time of purchase or needs to retrieve additional items from the shelves, you can place the transaction on hold and resume it later when the customer returns.
Add Items Into the Transaction #
Add items into the transaction.
Select Hold #
Select the Hold button.
Popup Will Appear #
A pop-up will appear on the screen prompting you to enter a remark related to the transaction.
Input Remark #
Enter the Customer’s Name or any Remark.
Select OK #
Select OK to put the transaction on Hold.
Transaction Log Will Be Cleared #
Once the transaction is on Hold, the transaction log will be cleared.
Note: There is no limit to how many transactions can be put on hold. The system will allow you to end a shift if transactions are on hold.
