CUSTOMER/LOYALTY #

Customer/Loyalty is a menu available within RetailzPOS that will allow you to create customer accounts as well as tracking customer purchases. You will also be able to provide store credits and customer account numbers in the event you would like to do so. You will have the ability to add, edit, and delete customers at any given time.

Note: If you are setting up multiple locations you will have to add the customers to each store and they will not transfer from store to store within the POS. If you are interested in setting up loyalty rewards please contact customer support and they will be able to assist you with that process.

Access Customer/Loyalty #

To access Customers/Loyalty, simply tap on “Customer/Loyalty Prg” from your main menu.
