Add Item #
- Click Products from the main menu.
- Select Items.
- Click the Add button.
- Enter item details:

- Mandatory Fields: Item Name, Tax, UPC
- Additional Fields: Department, Category, Sub-category, Item Size, Item Type, Unit Cost, Retail Price, Margin, Age Restriction, Quantity, etc.
- Enter or scan the item’s UPC if a barcode already exists. If the item does not have a barcode, you can auto-generate one by clicking Auto UPC and then Submit.
- Also, you can add other features for the item such as:
• Split pack (Packing)
• Special pricing (Promotions)
• Distributors
• Others (Item Group, Tag-along, other features)
• Price level
- Click Save to add the item.
Edit, Delete, Deactivate, Clone, and Quick Change Price #
- Hover over an item and select the respective action.
Search & Filter Items #
- Search by SKU, UPC, or Distributor Code. click the dropdown arrow next to Search by and select your preferred option. Then, enter the number you wish to search for. To search by item name, simply enter the item’s name in the Search by keyword field.
- Use filters such as Item Type, Size, Department, Category, Sub-category, Tax, Distributor, and Item Group. Additionally, there are other options available. Simply tick the checkbox beside each criterion you wish to apply.
- Submit Filter: Once you’ve selected your desired criteria, click the Submit Filter button to apply your choices. The item list will refresh to show only the items that meet your selected filters.
- Reset Filter: If you want to start over or clear your selections, simply click the Reset Filter button. This will remove all applied filters.
