Overview #
If you need to open the cash drawer, the No Sale feature allows users to open the cash drawer without any transaction.
Open Quick Function #
Open the Quick Functions Dropdown.
Select No Sale #
Select No Sale from the Quick Functions Menu.
Cash Drawer Will Open #
If the cash drawer is correctly connected to the register, the Cash Drawer will open without a key.
Note: The cash drawer key is not needed to use this feature. A report is generated to monitor employee actions, so if an employee uses the “No Sale” feature, you’ll be able to track when and why the drawer was opened. Access to this feature can also be restricted based on user roles and permissions.
