Overview #

In the event you have a product that has the incorrect price put in the system, you will have the ability to quickly Change Price of the product directly from the cash register screen.

Select the Change Price Button #

Select the Change Price button to quickly change an item’s price.

Popup on Screen #

Once the change price button is selected, a popup on screen will appear.

Scan or Search the Item #

Scan or search an item Name/SKU to pull up the current price of the product you wish to change the price of.

Keypad #

Once the item you wish to change the price of is searched or selected, a Keypad will popup on screen to enter the new item price.

Input New Item Price #

Input the new item price into the keypad.

Select ENTER #

Select ENTER to save the new price of the item.

Confirmation Popup #

Once the new price is entered, a popup will appear showing “Price has been updated for this item!”

New Price Displayed #

Scan the item into the transaction and the new price will be displayed.
