Overview #
If the customer wishes to resume or continue a held transaction, the Resume Transaction feature allows you to bring back items previously saved on hold.
Select Resume Button #
Select the Resume button to initiate resuming a transaction.
Popup Will Appear #
A popup will appear on the screen with a list of all the transactions that are currently on hold.
View the Remark to identify the customer related to each held transaction.
Select a Transaction on Hold #
Select a transaction on Hold. This will display all of the items that are scanned into that transaction.
Select Resume #
Once the desired transaction is selected, click Resume to continue with it.
Items Will Appear #
The items will now appear in the transaction log, ready to proceed with the sale.
