Synchronizations is a process that will allow you to push unmade updates to the register. The synchronization will work between the POS (All Registers), Back Office and Mobile Application. Through the synchronization menu you will be able to sync data such as: Refresh Data, Items, Employees, and Sales & Promotions.
- To perform a Data Synchronization select the RetailzPOS logo on the cash register screen. 2. A popup menu will open with the options of Refresh Data, Items, Employees, and Sales & Promotions.
- Select Refresh Data, Items, Employees or Sales & Promotions to perform the Synchronization.
- Once the Synchronization is complete a popup message will appear saying “Data Refreshed Successfully.”
- Select OK to continue back to the cash register.
Note: Data Synchronizations are a tool used to push updates if edits were made to the store. It allows you to manually sync the Back Office, Mobile Application and Cash Register with one another in the event you notice one of these was not updating with the others.
