Time Card Menu:
Time Card is where you can go to manage the employee’s working hours. You can perform Clock In, Clock Out, Break, Resume and End Shift. Once you’re on the Time Card screen, on the bottom half you are able to see the employee’s section along with the list of employees and Action Buttons (Clock in, Clock out, Break, Resume, End Shift). On the top half you are able to see the employee’s who have clocked in, along with their name and their corresponding Check-in Time and Working Hours.
Clock-In Employee:
If an employee or manager wants to Clock In and start recording their working hours. 1. From the bottom half of the Time Card screen you are able to see the “Employees” Section where you can find the employee names and on the right side the action buttons you can do. 2. To Clock in, tap the first action button from the left which is the Clock In button. 3. After selecting the Clock in button, a pop up screen will appear asking for the employee’s 4-Digit Access Pin.
- Input the 4-Digit Access Pin of the employee.
- Select Enter.
- A popup will appear showing information about the Employee Name, Clock In Date, and Clock In Time.
- Select OK to successfully Clock In.
Note: After successfully Clocking In, the name of the employee will be seen on the upper section of the time card along with their check-in time and date and working hours.
Clock-Out Employee:
If an employee or manager wants to Clock Out and stop recording their working hours. 1. From the bottom half of the Time Card screen you are able to see the “Employees” Section where you can find the employee names and on the right side the action buttons. 2. To Clock Out, tap the second action button from the left which is the Clock Out button. 3. After selecting the clock out button, a pop up screen will appear asking for the employee’s 4-Digit Access Pin.
- Input the 4-Digit Access Pin of the employee.
- Select Enter.
- A popup will appear showing information about the Employee Name, Clock Out Date, and Clock Out Time.
- Select OK to successfully Clock In.
Note: After successfully clocking out, the name of the employee will be removed on the upper section of the time card along with their check-in time and date and working hours. The Clock in button would turn its color from gray to red, indicating that you can do this action after clocking out. If you’re on a break, you need to resume from break first before you can clock out. Employee Break:
If an employee or manager wants to go on a Break from their shift and pause the recording of their working hours on the system.
- From the bottom half of the Time Card screen you are able to see the “Employees” Section where you can find the employee names and on the right side the action buttons. 2. To go on Break, tap the third action button which is the Break button.
- After selecting the Break button, a pop up screen will appear asking for the employee’s 4-Digit Access Pin.
- Input the 4-Digit Access Pin of the employee.
- Select Enter.
- A popup will appear showing information about the Employee Name, Break Date, and Break Time.
- Select OK to successfully go on Break.
Note: Going on break will not end the employee shift or clock the employee out. If an employee forgets to resume from break then the hours can be adjusted from the Time Card menu.
Employee Resume from Break:
If an employee or manager wants to Resume from break and Resume the recording of their working hours on the system.
- From the bottom half of the Time Card screen you are able to see the “Employees” Section where you can find the employee names and on the right side the action buttons. 2. To Resume from break, select the fourth action button which is the Resume button. 3. After selecting the Resume button, a pop up screen will appear asking for the employee’s 4-Digit Access Pin.
- Input the 4-Digit Access Pin of the employee.
- Select Enter.
- A popup will appear showing information about the Employee Name, Resume Date, and Resume Time.
- Select OK to successfully Return from break.
Note: You can only return from break if the employee was currently on a break. Always make sure to return from break when ready to do so, otherwise you will not be able to accurately track employee sales if the employee forgot to return back in on the system.
Employee End Shift:
If an employee or manager wants to End Shift from the Time Card Menu.
- After an employee opens a shift, look for the name of that employee on the bottom half of the time card menu under the “Employees.”
- Select the last action button on the right to perform an End Shift.
- After selecting the End Shift button, a pop up screen will appear asking for the employee’s 4-Digit Access Pin.
- Input the 4-Digit Access Pin.
- Select Enter.
- A popup will appear showing information about the Employee Name, End Shift Date, and End Shift Time.
Note: You will not be able to print the end of shift report from the time card menu. If you would like to get the report printed for the employee shift you must navigate to the reports menu. You may only end one shift at a time.
Adjust Employee Hours:
If an employee accidentally forgot to clock out or resume from break, you will have the ability to make Working Hour Adjustments from the time card menu.
- Click the Settings button on the upper right corner of the time card screen.
- A popup will appear prompting you to input the 4-Digit Admin Pin.
- Input the 4-Digit Admin Pin.
- Select Enter.
- A new popup will appear showing All Employees who are currently Clocked In. 6. Select an Employee from the employee dropdown.
- Select the Action button on the far right of the employee’s name.
- A new popup will appear allowing you to Adjust Employee Work Hours.
- Input the correct Date and Time for the employee work hours.
- Select Save to make the Working Hour Adjustment.
Note: Only the admin or accounts with employee work adjustments can change employee working hours. This feature is password protected for the safety of your employee working hours not being maliciously adjusted.
