Overview #
This section provides an overview of all the customer’s transactions in the store.
Customer Total No. of Transactions #
On the left side of the transaction history section, you’ll see the total number of transactions for the customer.
Info Button #
Next to this, find the info button, which provides color indications for each transaction status:
- Green: Money added to the wallet.
- Blue: Payment made for transactions.
- Orange: Order returned (except for House Account transactions).
- Red: Payment not made for the transaction.
- Black: Payment made using other tenders.
To search specific customer transactions #
Click the filter button #
Click the filter button.
Payment Mode #
Enable payment mode options to filter by transaction type.
Date and Price Range #
Select date range and price range filters if needed.
Clear #
Click “Clear” to reset options.
Apply #
Lastly, click “Apply” to display transactions based on selected filters.
View transaction receipts #
View transaction receipts by clicking the document button next to the customer’s name.
For house account transactions #
For house account transactions:
Eye Button #
Tap the eye button to view the Customer Invoice.
PDF File #
Access a PDF file of the invoice, providing detailed transaction information.
Save or Print #
Save or print the invoice as required.
