Terms and Conditions
To qualify for the Referral Gift from RetailzPOS, the Referrer must submit their referral through www.retailzpos.com/referral and the Business must purchase a POS system from RetailzPOS, and keep the POS system active with the account in good standing for 90 days after purchase. Upon meeting these conditions, the Referrer will receive their Referral Gift within 90 days.
RetailzPOS reserves the right to alter or end the Referral Program and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be made available on www.retailzpos.com/referral. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be shared or pooled with another person's. Should any person breach these terms or interfere with the Referral Program, RetailzPOS reserves the right to terminate their participation and revoke any and all Rewards they may have accumulated. RetailzPOS’s decisions concerning the Referral Program and its terms are final and binding. Please provide accurate contact information as RetailzPOS will not be held responsible for unredeemable Rewards due to insufficient or inaccurate data.
